FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Ask everything you need to know about our products and services.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within one business day. Priority support is included in the Pro plan.

Do I need to install anything on my server?

No. Voyanty is a cloud service. Nothing to install — you work in the browser.

Is it safe to upload my Excel file to Voyanty?

Yes. The file is processed on our infrastructure and is available only to you and members of your organization. See the Security section for details.

Can I get in touch before I register?

Yes — write to support@voyanty.com or use the Contact page. We reply before you create an account.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Your data is kept. The workspace becomes read-only — you can export everything to CSV/XLSX at any time until you subscribe again.

Where can I find Voyanty documentation?

In this Help Center — the sections above cover the main scenarios. Extra material is added as the product grows.

Stop maintaining spreadsheets. Start running a system.

Import your Excel, keep the logic, and give the team a system they can actually use.
