1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Voyanty, you agree to these terms and undertake to use the service only for lawful purposes.

2. Service description

Voyanty turns your Excel/CSV spreadsheets and other business data into linked tables, views, dashboards, and automations — a working system instead of a set of files.

Voyanty is a cloud SaaS service. There is no self-hosted edition; all data is processed and stored on our infrastructure.

3. Account and workspace responsibility

You are responsible for account security, the members you invite into the organization and workspace, the accuracy of the data you enter (records, formulas, relations between tables), and who gets access to your workspaces through invitations or the Client Portal.

4. No secret storage

Do not store passwords, API keys, private keys, card numbers, or other people's confidential data in Voyanty records, files, or notes — the service is intended for tracking business data (clients, projects, estimates, and similar), not for storing secrets and credentials.

5. Formulas and automations — not a guarantee of results

Voyanty calculates formulas and runs automations (notifications, record changes, webhooks) strictly according to your configuration. We do not guarantee that a calculation result or a triggered automation will match your expectations if a formula or condition is misconfigured — checking the logic and the resulting values remains your responsibility. Delivery of email and webhook notifications depends on third-party services outside our control.

6. Billing, trial period, cancellation, and refunds

Every new account gets a 14-day trial with full access to Business-plan features — no bank card is required at this stage.

When the trial ends, if a paid plan is not in place, the workspace switches to read-only mode (see section 7) — data is fully preserved.

Subscription billing is processed through WayForPay. Plan limits (workspaces, tables, records, storage, automations) are shown on the pricing page and in your account. You may cancel a paid plan at any time through your account settings. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

7. Plan limits and read-only mode

If the trial period ends without a paid plan, a paid plan is cancelled, or workspace usage exceeds plan limits after a downgrade — the workspace becomes read-only: existing data and already configured structure are preserved, export remains available, but creating, changing, and deleting tables, records, automations, and other elements is unavailable until a subscription of the appropriate level is purchased or restored.

8. Data export

You may export your tables, records, and activity history to CSV, XLSX, or PDF (for dashboards) at any time, including when cancelling your subscription.

9. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We work to keep Voyanty available and reliable, but uptime and data accuracy depend on our infrastructure, third-party providers (including WayForPay, hosting, and email services), the accuracy of information you enter, and networks outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyanty is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated here, and we are not liable for indirect damages, including damage caused by a misconfigured automation or loss or corruption of data through your fault.

10. Termination of access and acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, unlawful use, circumvention of plan limits, attempts to hack or attack the service, non-payment, and also for the following: mass sending of spam through Voyanty automations, attempts to access another organization's data bypassing authorization, reselling account access to third parties without our consent, and any activity that harms the service or other users.

11. Intellectual property

Voyanty's branding, design, and code remain our property. Rights to the data (records, tables, files) you enter into your workspace remain with you.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-product notice before they take effect. Continued use of Voyanty after that constitutes acceptance.
