Organization isolation
Tables, files, and records belong to one organization and workspace. Queries are scoped to that workspace. Another company’s organization cannot open your tables. Teammates only see workspaces they were invited to.
Passwords and payments
Account passwords are stored hashed. Full payment card numbers are not stored — WayForPay handles cards. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available for organization owners and admins.
Files
Uploaded Excel and attachments live on our infrastructure (object storage in production). Access goes through the app, not a public folder listing. The legal detail is in the Privacy Policy.
