What happens when my trial ends?

You keep read and export access to your data. Editing stays locked until you choose a paid plan — nothing is deleted.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.

Is there a free plan?

There is no permanent free tier. Every new account gets 14 days with Business features and no card; after that you pick Starter, Business or Pro.

What happens if I hit a limit?

The action that would cross the limit is blocked and we show which limit is full. Existing data stays available, and a higher plan lifts the limit immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments run through WayForPay in the Billing section inside the app. The 14-day trial needs no card, and this page never charges one.

How much is a year?

Yearly billing is 17% cheaper than monthly. Switch the toggle to Yearly to see the exact amount per plan.

Do you offer refunds?

See the refund policy. The 14-day trial is free and does not require a card. After a paid period starts, cancellations keep access until the period ends.
