Organization roles
Owner and Admin manage billing, the organization profile, and who belongs to the org. Member works in workspaces they were invited to and does not manage billing.
Workspace roles
Owner — full workspace access: settings, invites, sharing, automations, imports and exports.
Editor — create and edit tables, records, views, and most day-to-day work. Cannot manage billing or replace workspace owners.
Viewer — read-only. Cannot complete actions that write data, even during a trial.
A trial that has expired adds a read-only lock on top of these roles. Export still works. See plans and cancellation.
