Who can invite
Workspace owners, from team settings. Pending invitations count toward the user limit on the organization plan.
Send an invite
Enter an email and a workspace role (Owner, Editor, or Viewer). The person receives a link. Inviting the same pending email again issues a new token. Revoke removes a pending invite.
First login
If they have no account, registration from the invite link joins that workspace. If they already have an account, accepting the invite adds the membership. They land in the invited workspace and see tables according to their role. They are also added to the organization if they were not a member yet.
