What a dashboard is
A dashboard is a board of widgets fed by workspace tables: numbers, charts, and record lists. It is available on plans that include dashboards (not a separate product).
Use
Create a dashboard, add widgets, and point each widget at a table or view. Export the board to PDF when you need a snapshot. Client-portal sharing of a limited view is a Business/Pro feature — the visitor sees what you published, not the whole workspace.
