Where to look
Settings → Billing shows the current plan, trial dates, and usage. Limits apply per organization.
What is counted
- Workspaces and tables
- Records across the organization
- Storage and file size / file count
- Automations and users (members plus pending invites)
Dashboards, client portal, public API, advanced permissions, and priority support are plan features, not counters.
Paid plans
Starter, Business, and Pro are billed monthly through WayForPay. New organizations start on a Business-feature trial, not on a perpetual free tier. After the trial, the workspace is readable and exportable until you subscribe. Current limits and prices are on the public pricing page and on Billing.
